Dalam bahagian kedua, biskita akan belajar tentang isu kesihatan mental yang biasa berlaku iaitu Gangguan Kebimbangan dan Kemurungan. Bahagian ketiga akan membincangkan beberapa faktor yang boleh menjejaskan kesihatan mental seperti tekanan, burnout dan gangguan tidur. Akhir sekali, biskita akan menerokai Work-Life Harmony, termasuk Penjagaan Diri.
This course aims to raise awareness of the difference between mental health and mental illness. In this four-part course, the first part will address common misconceptions about Mental Health. In the second part, we will learn about the common mental health issues i.e. Anxiety Disorder and Depression. The third part will discuss some factors that can affect mental health such as Stress, Burnout and sleep disturbances. Finally, we will explore Work-Life Harmony, including Self-Care.
